If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your planters within 14 days of receipt. Exceptions: Freo, City and Parks, Cityscape, Fusion and Gallery Metal Planters.
All planters must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to ANY RETURN SHIPMENTS. Customer is responsible for all "refused" freight costs in addition to a 35% restocking fee. This pertains to ALL orders via Visa and MasterCard. Please use this link to request an RMA
Four collections, Gallery Metal, City Scape, City & Parks and Freo are processed and placed in production when your order is placed. (PC Number) The production time is usually 3 weeks and can not be cancelled after the date of your Order.
All merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging and in saleable condition. Please package and protect the planters in the same manner in which they were originally shipped to your location. If a planter is returned broken or damaged due to improper packaging, no refund will be made. Pending an inspection an exchange credit or refund will be issued for the item value and any taxes charged. Shipping amounts are non-refundable. We can not return or exchange any plant containers that have been planted or used on location.
Due to the logistics and cost of production, there are no refunds, no exchanges and no returns for any planters with a top outside diameter, length or height of 30" or greater. Please contact our customer service department (toll free: 1-866-342-3330) for additional images and free color samples to be sent to you for your approval. Cancellations after 7 days from order date will be issued a full IN-STORE credit for future purchases.
Some orders may require a signature form order acknowledgement, a special inventory request order (SIRO), be faxed to you for your approval to verify colors, items and quantities ordered.
Ceramic, Gallery Metal, Cityscape, City & Parks, Fusion and Freo planters, we offer are made on demand and shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot accept cancellations for planters, 24 hours after an order is placed or that have entered production or have shipped (are in route) after purchase.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the following reasons: 1) All orders not canceled within 24 hours of date/time order was placed. 2) Returns not within 14 days
A 35% restocking fee will be charged for refused shipments and all inbound and outbound freight
Cancelled orders must be received and verified via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 402-342-4269 Planters that have allready shipped or have been put into production must have an RMA.

Due to the nature of programming errors, we reserve the right to refuse any order based on an incorrect price displayed incorrectly on the website.
Sample color chips are available upon request at no charge for all planter collections. Colors in online photographs are represented as accurately as possible. Photographic procedures may alter the hues and textures of finishes. Please call toll free (1-866-342-3330) to request color chip samples if desired.
Items, products and product finishes not pictured on the web site are considered a special order and require a signed "special inventory request order" (SIRO).
Special orders are assigned to a team leader who will facilitate any action necessary for a timely delivery to the customer. A production schedule requires the following to be completed by the customer.
In order to insure customer satisfaction regarding your shipment of quality plant containers the following requirements must be followed. Failure to follow the requirements below will result in the reduction of your ability to exchange, return or receive a claim credit on damaged shipments.
In accordance with Federal Interstate shipping regulations within the continental United States, title of goods passes to the consignee at the time shipment leaves the point of origin, and the carrier is an agent of the consignee.
PlantContainers.com thoroughly inspects all plant containers and accessories before shipment. No items are shipped that contain any damage.
When your shipment from PlantContainers.com arrives at your location, all plant container boxes and pallets need to be inspected for damage, which will require the removal of packing materials by the custome., Also, before the delivery driver leaves the delivery address, you the customer must open and carefully inspect each item top to bottom for possible damage due to shipping.
Please do not leave a note for the trucking company to leave your shipment without your physical inspection of the items. If you leave a signed note for the shipping company you will have forfeited your rights to an inspection and ANY credit due to shipping damage. Your signature or an agent signing on your behalf (on the delivery receipt or bill of lading) acts as a legal binding agreement that you have accepted the items in good condition without any damage.
In the event that there is damage to your shipment. All damages must be notated on the delivery receipt, both the driver copy and your copy. Have the driver sign the delivery receipts. Damage notated in this manner expedites damage claims. Please contact us immediately so that we can assist you. Not inspecting your shipment and documenting damages will result in your acceptance of forfited rights for any claim. Any recourse is between you the consignee and the carrier as an agent of the consignee.
Concealed damage not notated at the time of delivery on the delivery receipt must be reported to the shipping company within 2 days from the date of delivery. Concealed damage claims must be filed with the truck freight company. We can assist you in filing a claim.
If the above directions have not been followed correctly you will be unable to receive any compensation for a damaged shipment.
We want you to be happy with your plant container order and will do everything possible to help assist you if damage occurs to your order during shipping.
